AIMS AND OBJECTIVES The objectives of the Committee shall be charitable and particularly (a) To provide opportunities and facilities for social and recreational activities for the inhabitants of Mouswald community and to foster a community spirit. (b) To co-operate with Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council (owners of Gillespie Memorial Hall) in providing a safe environment for everyone using the facilities.
