The principal objectives of the Trust are to preserve and maintain, for the public benefit, the name and the works of Tim Stead MBE, Artist & Craftsman, and to raise awareness of his environmental philosophy. We provide tours of The Steading, exhibit works by Tim Stead in external exhibitions, host workshops and other activities at the Steading and hold meetings, both Trust and other local bodies, in The Steading. We also carry out essential maintenance and repairs to The Steading, and the archive of work of Tim Steading that we hold.
