Some of the activities and projects completed during the year in addition to operating a heritage railway on a timetabled passenger service plus specific trains were:- Continuous work to replace railway sleepers, vegetation control and weed killing, maintenance, refurbishment and upgrade of DMU engines, development of the 10 year strategic plan, planning and provision of new events and services for the coming season, maintenance and repairs to he class 107 DMU's purchased from strathspey, completed the work on the all abilities access ramp, purchase of the new disabled toilet block for Keith Town, Starting work on the engineering shed extension and planning for the 25th anniversary.
