By teaching people to bring designs to life through making—and involving them in every stage of a real business, from concept to creation to shipping—we build confidence, spark belief in their potential, and equip them with the experience and skills to thrive at work and in life. We offer free training and work experience in small scale manufacturing and business management. open to all in our community we have a particular focus on supporting young people and those facing additional barriers to employment.
