Lenzie Woodhead Gymnastic club is set up to provide opportunities for children and young people to take part in coached gymnastic sessions with a wide range of abilities catered and provided for. We do this by accessing local premises and offer varied coaching session at various days and times in the week for young people to access. This supports young people to develop their gymnastic skills and improve fitness, wellbeing and social inclusion. Main activities are providing gymnastics facilities, activities and training to improve the fitness, health and well-being of the persons for whom the activities are intended.
