Empower Women for Change

About

EWfC works to empower, support, and amplify the voices of ethnic minority women and girls in Scotland. We provide safe, inclusive spaces where women can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and access opportunities that strengthen their social, economic, and civic participation. Through community-led programmes, advocacy, co-production, training, and holistic support, EWfC enables women to influence policies, challenge discrimination, and lead positive change in their families, communities, and wider society.
