To provide recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended by offering them on one day a week, an outing for up to 35 housebound elderly people (who are unable to be out on their own) or frail and/or lonely people who live in Milngavie and in so doing to provide respite for the carers of such elderly people.
