About

Primarily we provide a safe sanctuary place for all the dogs and cats in our care, fundraise to cover their daily care costs and help feed and neuter as many strays in the Constanta area as we are financially able to. We promote the dogs and cats in our care which are suitable for rehoming in order to find and assess suitable homes in Scotland.
