The charitable trust's objects are: · the prevention or relief of poverty · the advancement of citizenship or community development The policies adopted in furtherance of these objects are: · to provide, at the discretion of the Trustees financial support primarily to inhabitants based in Central and South West Scotland (the extent of such area to be determined by the Trustees) in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages and whose personal circumstances are such that the support provided by the Trust will improve and/or relive their personal and financial circumstances. · as a 'grant giving' foundation supporting community charities, organisations and charitable purposes primarily based but not limited to Central and South West Scotland.
