The Brunton Trust

The SCIO was incorporated with a view to transferring the assets and activities of the Brunton Theatre Trust (SC022422) into it. Ongoing discussions with East Lothian Council and the recent and permanent closure of The Brunton theatre building due to structural issues caused by a building material called RAAC, has delayed this transfer. The trustees are hopeful that progress can be made to effect the transfer in the near future.
