We doing this in order that they can avoid living in poverty & can sustain positive mental & physical health & well-being. How: Understanding all aspects of the workplace, including Health & Safety. Understanding the needs & expectations of employers, colleagues, customers, & self. Recognising barriers to employment & how to overcome them in order to sustain employment. Making use of positive, solution-focussed approaches with short-, medium- & long-term goal setting & achieving. Writing CV’s & application forms. Preparing & practicing for interviews. Building on-the-job knowledge, skills, experience, & confidence. Procurement. Deliveries & Clearances. Furniture restoration. Retail & Auction. Advice, guidance, & empathy from a member of staff at all times. Follow up assistance if needed.
