About

To preserve life through assisting the Scottish Ambulance Service in attending to emergency calls and by raising awareness among the public of the role of the Ambulance Service and Community First Responders. This is done through work with local organisations, being a presence in the local community, and by being on call. The Group also seek to further these aims through the training of Community First Responders in First Aid to a standard deemed to be acceptable by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
