Faces & Voices of Recovery UK exists to ensure that everyone affected by addiction has a fair chance to recover, regardless of postcode or circumstance. Too often, people are denied access to detox, rehabilitation and support due to fragmented systems and inconsistent commissioning. We provide direct advocacy and casework, supporting individuals and families to navigate services, challenge decisions and access appropriate treatment, housing and mental health support. This is frontline work that secures real outcomes. We also strengthen recovery communities through national events and partnerships, making recovery visible and reducing stigma. Alongside this, we influence policy and public understanding by using lived experience and evidence to advocate for a system that prioritises recovery, not just maintenance. Our work is grounded in a simple belief: recovery is possible, and everyone deserves the chance to achieve it.
