To promote the care and education of children in need of care outwith school hours and during school holidays, regardless of religion, belief, race, gender, disability or sexual orientation. To promote the provision of facilities for the recreation and leisure-time occupation of children in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving conditions of life.
