Friends of Braidburn School

About

Friends of Braidburn School (FoBS) Charity is a small charity run by parents, volunteers and staff. It fulfils its purpose by organising fundraising events (school based events), making grant application requests (to wooden spoon etc), by receiving contributions from sponsored events and by receiving donations from parents and members of the public. FoBs is going through a membership transition. Many of its multi year members are leaving the charity as their children leave Braidburn school and move into the next sage of their lives. FoBS is operating on a low activity basis until the membership is revived. We are working with the Headteacher to achieve this. This will ensure that FoBs continues to provide additional benefits to the learners of the school as we move into the future.
