To advance the social, cultural, educational, and recreational development of young people in the Town of Cromarty, Ross-shire and surrounding areas within the boundaries of the present Cromarty and District Community Council and the IV11 postcode area as at present defined (a copy of the postal addresses covered by that postcode being shown on the Schedule annexed and signed as relative hereto) both individually and collectively.
