During the year the principal activities of the SMH was care home provision for older people comprising of Residential and Respite services. The aim of the organisation is that the experience of residents should be positive and meaningful, should be individualised, needs-led and that quality of life should e maximised with services being provided within a comfortable and secure environment in accordance with the organisations statement of operating policy.
