Fife Shopping and Support Services is set up to provide support with daily living tasks to those in the community in need of assistance by reason of age, ill health, disability and or social isolation on a not for profit basis. Main activities are shopping services, housework services, befriending services, pension collections and paying bills. Our service is flexible, and it is central to our service provision that clients are involved in tailoring the support and the way in that we deliver the support for them. Our aim is always to establish a personal knowledge of our client and their needs to ensure we deliver services for and with their consent. We have developed close working relationships with Fife Social Work and NHS community staff. We accept referrals from Fife Social Work, NHS, other social enterprises throughout Fife and individual referrals from a client themselves or a friend or family member.
