Our charitable giving strategy is designed to create a positive social and environmental impact for future generations, both in local communities and around the world. We work with organisations that support young people aged 16 to 25 and align with one of our two main themes: People – We aim to remove barriers to education, employment, and financial wellbeing, with a strong focus on improving social mobility. Planet – We support organisations that protect nature and tackle the effects of climate change. We mainly deliver this through large, multi-year grants. However, we also support smaller, grassroots charities through regional giving, provide emergency aid via the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC), and offer innovation grants to help charities test new ideas.
