In Control Scotland works collaboratively to make Scotland’s system of social care fairer. Our main focus is on improving people’s experiences of self-directed support, ensuring that disabled people and unpaid carers are in control of the support they receive, and that organisations are able to deliver person-centred and rights-based support. We achieve our aims by working in partnership with disabled people, unpaid carers, and the organisations that support them to deliver programmes, conduct research, and offer tailored support to build knowledge, capacity, and resilience
