At the Grassmarket Community Project, we are dedicated to transforming lives and building a stronger, more inclusive community. Our mission is to support those facing the toughest challenges—whether they are dealing with homelessness, unemployment, or social isolation. Through our innovative programs, we offer hope, skills, and a sense of belonging to those who need it most. Imagine a place where people who have faced profound struggles can come together, learn new skills, and find a supportive community. This is exactly what we provide at GCP. We operate a Members Service focusing on Health & Wellbeing, Creativity, Core skills, Experiences & Opportunities. Members are welcome to take part in any of the 25+ free activities and workshops covering a wide range of interests. Our social enterprises – Coffee Saints Cafes, Grassmarket Tartan and Woodwork, provide valuable work experience and apprenticeship opportunities, alongside generating vital income to sustain our charitable aims
