(FIVE) So far as the residue of my Estate is concerned , I direct my Executors to realise same and to invest these in Government or other appropriate securities as they shall see fit. Thereafter the monthly income from said securities is to be paid in perpetuity equally between the Cyncoed Methodist Church, Westminster Crescent, Cyncoed Road, Cardiff (for assistance with their day to day running expenses) and The Alexandra Unit of the Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, Bankend Road, Dumfries.
