Negotiate for Community Benefit payments from, and investment in, renewable developments on behalf of the community. Distribute income via grants to community groups and organisations that meet the charity's objectives. These objectives include provision of sustainable recreational activities and facilities to improve conditions and life in the community, promoting rural sustainable regeneration for public benefit, advancing education, culture, heritage and history, advancing environmental protection and improvement, preservation of buildings of importance to the community, managing community land and associated assets for the benefit of the community.
