The Leanne Fund delivers its specialist support services to individuals and families affected by Cystic Fibrosis across 12 of Scotland's 14 NHS Board areas. In collaboration with six national cystic fibrosis teams, The Leanne Fund now supports 450 individuals and their families, ensuring access to a comprehensive range of tailored services. These services are wide ranging and include providing families with financial assistance to help with costs associated with attending hospital appointments and extended stays in hospital. special treats and experiences. complimentary therapies. counselling and mindfulness services and with Hello Little One and Wellness boxes to name a few.
