The purpose and objects of the Group shall be to maintain and control the running of and to promote the use of Kippen Village Hall for the benefit of the member user groups and members of Kippen community and its surrounding districts, in relation, inter alia, for the advancement of education, health and wellbeing, community development, arts, heritage and recreation.
