Inspiralba supports employability opportunities for unemployed people and parents on low income. We lead a partnership of third sector organisations to deliver employability support across Argyll and Bute. We also provide business support to other community led enterprises and host the rural social enterprise hub for networking, learning exchange, information and advocacy. Inspiralba takes creative approaches, working in partnership, to enable  positive social and environmental impact, incorporating fairness & equality and the appreciation of  people and place. With a focus on wider well-being, we value integrity and honesty to deliver quality services that support individual, organisational, community opportunities and resilience.
