To advance community development based on equality, diversity and environmental sustainability by supporting communities to share their experiences with other communities, and by helping them obtain information on issues which affect them. To develop, use and promote communication tools and approaches for community development and empowerment. To advance the education of the public (including media, governments, companies, NGOs and international bodies) by researching, producing and disseminating information about the value of community empowerment and development in support of environmental and/or social justice.
