During the year (24/25) all members of staff and Trustees have been involved in advancing delivery of our Vision and Strategy for 2045. To support this long-term vision the trust will develop a series of 5 year strategic plans under the following headings: Catchment Scale Restoration for Healthy and Vibrant Ecosystems, Practical Monitoring for Meaningful Answers, Positive and Inclusive Engagement for Community Action, A Sustainable and Ethical Future
