The Scouts provide young people with fun, adventure, and skills for life. They support young people aged 4 to 25 through a programme of activities that promote personal development, teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Scouts achieve this through outdoor adventures, community engagement, and challenges that encourage learning by doing. Volunteers play a key role in delivering these experiences, helping to create a safe and inclusive environment where young people can grow in confidence and contribute positively to society.
