About

ZamScotEd pays for secondary education school fees, uniforms, stationery and shoes for children and young people cared for by the Mthunzi Children's Centre, near Lusaka in Zambia. This includes boys who are resident at the Mthunzi Children's Programme and girls in the Lonjedzani home based care programme. All attend St Columba's Community Secondary School. We also provide support to gifted former pupils who have accessed higher education. We achieve this by donations from our local community in Mid Argyll and more widely across Scotland and maintain a high profile for the work of our charity on social media
