1. To provide in the interests of social welfare, facilities for young people, primarily within regeneration areas in South Lanarkshire (“the Operating Area”) for recreation and other leisure time occupation available to the public at large with a view to improving their conditions of life. 2. To relieve poverty among young people who are resident within the Operating Area 3.
