Our purpose is to provide care and support to individuals that makes a real and meaningful difference to their lives, by enabling them to live better more independent lives. Supported living – we support individuals flexibly in their own homes and daily lives to experience maximum independence, health and wellbeing and inclusion in their local community. Each person is assisted to achieve the outcomes that are important to them. • Care home service – Garden Villa is the location of our Care Home which provides accommodation with twenty-four-hour support to individuals who have a learning disability and significant health needs. The Service also provides short breaks. The support offered aims to enable individuals to experience a safe and fulfilling lifestyle, which maximises their health and wellbeing through skilled support. • Working Together - provide independent living skills designed to improve personal independence and employability skills.
