About

The aim of the work Iriss does is to help set up the conditions for social work and social care to flourish. We do this by working with those in the sector (workforce, teams, managers, policy, funders, government) to help them learn about the complexities of the system and sector they work in and help give them the confidence to make change. We do this through innovation projects, research work, creating publications to share, skills sessions and supporting government.
