The objectives of The Artemis Charitable Foundation (“the Foundation”), as set out in the Deed of Trust, are: to hold the Trust Fund and the income of it to pay and apply the same to or for the benefit or in furtherance of such purposes, objects or institutions charitable in law and in such proportions and manner as the trustees shall think fit. and to give primary consideration to charities or charitable purposes nominated to them by the staff of Artemis Investment Management LLP. The Foundation aims to achieve its stated objectives by carrying out the following charitable activities: provide grants to individuals or institutions deemed charitable in nature. and organise charitable fundraising events for the benefit of other named charities whereby income that has been generated (either directly or indirectly) will be automatically allocated to these named charities.
