The Centre for Confidence and Well-being Limited aims to be a catalyst for change - individual, organisational and cultural. Through its web resources, publications and events it aims to stimulate new thinking and disseminate research findings on confidence and well-being. It believes that there is a place for psychological interventions but particularly favours a broad, integral approach which stresses the importance of various factors such as physical activity, engagement in activities, the role of the family, decentralised decision-making and equality.
