The purpose of Girlguiding is to provide a safe, girl-only space where girls can discover their potential, develop skills like leadership and teamwork, and build confidence to make a positive difference in the world. Through a fun and adventurous programme of activities, friendship, and community action, girls learn about themselves, find their voice, and gain the skills and confidence to become the young women they want to be. Through various activities, girls learn valuable life skills, including teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and communication, as well as practical skills like camping and creative arts. It provides a sense of belonging for all girls, offering a space to be themselves, share experiences, and feel accepted within the movement. The programme is adapted for the Rainbow age group (4-7years)
