The promotion of community participation in health and recreational activities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Renfrewshire by providing opportunities for engagement in a wide variety of sessions, targeted at improving both mental and physical health. Establish and maintain activities within the community for both adults and juveniles promoting inclusive sports and health programmes linked to the needs of the local community through consultation with the community links Fitting-In has built up over the years. Fitting-In will also offer education opportunities to volunteers as well as the community to aid unemployed individuals or those looking to improve their learning to pursue new employment opportunities or access further education opportunities. Our current project Include Children's Activities , a mental health project and a dementia project.
