Simply put, we exist to help men with their health. Not Women. Not children. We, of course, support men in their lives, but we do not help them directly. We help just men, those transitioning to being a man and those with male sexual organs. That is all. We help only men, and we are not apologising for it when there are countless women’s and children’s charities out there who support the other part of the team.
