The charitable company operates a day care centre which provides three key elements to support the service users attending the centre: 1. Accessible transport to and from their place of residence to the Day Centre, as well as transport for day trips and some evening social events. 2. Nutritious balanced meals created to meet the service users’ dietary requirements. Freshly prepared and cooked in the Day Centre by our kitchen team. 3. A full range of person-centred activities held in the Day Centre as well as outings and evening social events. In addition to this, the charitable company provides an Outreach service. This service was developed to provide an alternative for people who have lost their confidence in engaging with others. This is a small bespoke service which which provides visits at home and out in the community on a 1:1 basis.
