The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for such purposes as are recognised as exclusively charitable in law ('the Purposes') and to the extent that the same is charitable the Trust Fund shall be applied for the general advancement of education up to and including tertiary level in Scotland of girls and boys, having particular regard to Loretto School.
