As Scotland’s oldest poetry festival, StAnza is one of the country’s leaders in promoting the reading, writing and understanding of poetry. Embedded in the heart of Fife’s cultural scene, we work to address low participation in culture through inclusive, affordable, high-quality programming. professional training and development opportunities. and a broad range of participatory events. We create opportunities for the people of Fife and audiences around Scotland to hear globally-renowned poets, and to develop their own practice through workshops, mentoring, and subsidised event participation.
