The objects of the organisation are to further the health - physical and mental - of people with physical disabilities by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupations so that the conditions of life of such persons may be improved. Following the suspension of all activity during and following the Coronavirus pandemic, exacerbated by members’ ongoing health vulnerabilities and diminishing membership, we have found it difficult to re-instate our previous activities. We have endeavoured instead to meet on an informal, more social level on a 4-weekly, mostly self-funded basis, supplemented by occasional group funded outings and a group lunch at Christmas.
