To promote participation of disabled people in the arts. To address the need to remove social and economic barriers which prevent disabled people becoming involved in the arts. To act as a focal point for all issues relevant to disability arts. To be a consultative body informing service providers and planners of the needs of disabled people in the arts. To disseminate relevant information for disabled artists and service providers. To promote awareness of disability arts through education, training and employment.
