A To hold the island in perpetuity for the recreational, educational and cultural enjoyment for the public at large. B Manage the Island and its natural resources and its built or made resources to the highest possible standards of conservation in cooperation with Historic Environment Scotland and NatureScot C To make provision in the interest of social welfare of facilities for recreational and other leisure time activity available to the public at large with a view to improving their condition of life.
