About

Our charity is set up to improve health, wellbeing, and community connection by providing accessible leisure, sport, youth, and learning opportunities. We aim to reduce isolation, support physical and mental health, and create inclusive spaces where people of all ages can take part, develop skills, and feel part of their community. We do this by operating a community leisure facility that includes a sports hall with three courts, a fitness suite/gym, and a welcoming communal space. Our volunteer instructors deliver a range of affordable exercise and activity classes, alongside youth programmes, events, and informal learning opportunities. We work with local partners and volunteers to ensure our activities are inclusive, low-cost, and responsive to community needs.
