As stated in the Memorandum of Association (2000) Catherine Wheels Theatre Company’s objectives are: ‘The education of the public in the arts, including the arts of the drama, ballet, music, singing, literature, puppetry, sculpture and painting’ In furtherance of the stated objects, the company shall: ‘Carry on in Scotland and elsewhere all or any of the business of a children’s theatre company’ ‘Present, promote, manage and produce such plays and all other arts forms as conducive to the promotion, maintenance and advancement of education or the encouragement of the arts’
