About

We are a community-based charitable organisation situated in Thurso in the heart of the High Ormlie housing estate. We have been established and serving the community since 1997, whereby we have been at the heart of developing the local area and supporting its residents. We also offer support to the communities right across Caithness. The support that we offer is available to the whole community and is based around our ethos of alleviating symptoms of poverty, loneliness and isolation. Our support is open and inclusive to all members of the community. At OCA we develop and deliver community-based projects to suit the needs of an ever-changing community.
