The Trustees have wide powers to support charities of their choice but the Trust Deed stipulates that some preference should be given to charitable causes relating to medical research, the alleviation of pain and suffering amongst the infirm and terminally ill, development work in third world countries, the provision of disaster relief in any part of the world and the preservation and conservation of the environment.
