The charity's principal objective during the year continued to be the advancement of public education concerning the past and present life of Scottish communities, expressed in song, by developing and promoting the public's understanding, appreciation and awareness of such life. We have done this in the past by organising and delivering various kinds of community-based song-writing projects in several areas of Scotland, but illness of key trustees and COVID issues have meant no activity for several years, but as stated above we are at last discussing re-engagement in new projects. Wish us luck!
