To support the officer commanding of 870 (Dreghorn) Squadron in delivering the objectives of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets by funding those activities not in receipt of public funding and in particular (a) the advancement of the education and training of the Squadron’s cadets in the principles of good citizenship and service to the community, so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities and assist them to grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society. and (b) to improve the conditions of life of the cadets by the provision of facilities or equipment for recreation or other leisure time activities.
